SoG are looking for two mature/imature/naked/interacial css players to join our super duper clan. We are looking for mid skilled players with sound knowledge of tactics and how to buy.
We know most of the maps pretty well and have some sort of tactics for them, it would help if you did too but we can help with this if not.
A recruit must have the patience (to watch Baz try to manufacture a clutch) and be a good listener.

We are a long established clan who still have a plenty of members but our activity level has dropped below what some of us would like. We play sunday and tuesday officials with some monday action.
Some of us are about more for mixes during the week. We have attended a few lans in the past and I am sure we will in the future so that's a bonus if you can offer it.

The most important part is you must be able to join in with the banter, we really are quite silly people who don't take ourselves that seriously, if this isn't your idea of fun then reconsider.
We aren't in a massive rush as we want to find the right people.

We have a popular irc channel which we are in all day at work #sog-css come in and chat.

I'm sure there are some clans on KGL that would vouch for us as generally good guys and plenty of #5on5.css people who would happily burn our houses down, if we hadn't banned them all!

I was gonna go for it too Muffin, trouble is they did say mid skill in the recruitment post.

I am about mid skill in getting xcack working not playing css.

Be warned Baz, I put a recruitment post up for like 2/3 new people I had to go through about 30 idiots before I got 1 of the 3.

Is it so much to ask for trialists to post on your clan forums a bit about themselves..... how many I asked and they said "I don't do forums" etc... fair enough don't waste my time then and FO!!!!

Problem with recruiting on ED is that everyone thinks they are pro...
Ive put posts up a few times asking for mid skill and ive ended up with "high" skill... and when I say high skill I mean thats what they think they are, when infact they are low+ at best.

Yep we recruited for mid a while back and got nothing but low - low+ players so had to up the skill level requirement to lower the ratio of shit players. Only danger then is you get the "i am pro"'s who are just as much a waste of time.

i might have to change my tactics then... poach from clans offer them the world and only really give them a usb stick
